By using PowerVote ("the Service"), you agree to abide by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of Service

PowerVote is a polling tool integrated with Google Meet. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Account and Access

Access requires a valid Google account. We may restrict usage to specific domains or users.

Poll Content

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not submit anything offensive, unlawful, or infringing.

Weighted Voting

If enabled, voting is based on predefined share ratios provided by you.

Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability, but the Service may be down for maintenance or outages.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties. We are not liable for any damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

2. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how we handle your data:

What We Collect

• Google account email (for authentication)
• Poll questions, options, and responses
• Vote ratios (if weighted voting is enabled)

How We Use It

• Display polls and calculate results
• Authenticate and authorize actions

What We Don’t Do

• Sell or share your data
• Store sensitive personal info

Data Retention

Poll data is stored temporarily and discarded after sessions unless saved by the user.
